Catherine Martin

Catherine Martin has a 12-year experience in corporate finance in the real estate sector. She previously worked for Ixis AEW Europe, one of the leading real estate asset managers in France, and was the head of the Separate Account Department, managing around 150 real estate investment companies or shareholdings over Europe on behalf of institutional investors.
Before that, she was an investment banker within ING Bank in Brussels. She executed initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and structuration of financings for the major Belgian listed real estate companies.
She was previously part of the Archon team (Goldman Sachs Group) dedicated to the management of the Whitehall Fund in Europe and was involved in such big transactions as the acquisitions of huge portfolios of real estate loans and assets from Indosuez Bank, Pallas Stern and UIC SOFAL. |

| Dan Bunea is a specialist with a solid professional experience in finance, banking and capital markets, in business administration, advisory services, insurances and corporate governance as well.
Over the years, he occupied within important companies, key-positions like: Senior Partner and General Manager DTD TEAM ADVISORY SERVICES; member of the Executive Board and Executive Vice President – Treasury and Capital Markets for BCR, part of ERSTE Bank Group; President of the Board of Directors at BCR Securities (brokerage); member of the Board of Governors at the Bucharest Stock-Exchange; President and CEO at BRD INVEST S.A. - securities operations (member of BRD – GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE); Senior Consultant and Senior Expert of the Romanian National Agency for Privatization and of the Romanian State Ownership Fund etc.
Dan Bunea was the key-man responsible with the merger project of BCR foreign banking subsidiaries, a unique project involving three EU banks and in addition their Romanian (non-EU) branches.
He graduated the Economic Academy of Studies and he is now working as an independent consultant. |

Ruxandra Stoian is Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, leading the HRM/Reward practice.
She has over 10 years’ experience in organizational diagnosis, design and restructuring, reward management, performance appraisal systems in the private and public sectors. Her expertise also covers employment legislation, employment tax and employment relationships.
As of 2007, Ruxandra Stoian took over the regional role as Leader of the HRM network in CEE. |


Speranta Munteanu

Speranta Munteanu is Senior Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania, currently heading the Business Recovery Services and Real Estate Departments.
She is a Certified Appraiser since 1994, Vice-president of the Romanian National Valuators Association (ANEVAR), Head of Ethic and Discipline Commission of ANEVAR. She has extensive experience in valuations, being involved in a significant number of valuations.
In the last three years Speranta was the leader mainly for real estate deal support projects (buy/sell side services, equity and debt finance), as well as for appraisals of fixed assets belonging to various companies from different industrial sectors. |

Toni Iordache

In 1998 Toni Iordache has been awarded an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University with a majoring in Banking & Finance. Before leaving Romania, he worked for Procter & Gamble. After his MBA graduation he joined Citibank & Salomon Smith Barney in New York. In his capacity, he traded FX Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives and Fixed Income Emerging Markets, both in New York and London.
He then joined ICAP – a prestigious hedge fund, as a senior trader dealing single-name stocks. His career continued with risk management roles at Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and Fortis. Besides his MBA degree, Mr. Iordache holds a degree in Engineering from the Polytechnic University and a degree in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies – Department of Cybernetics. |
